My stay at the hotel was absolutely luxurious! The rooms were like a dream with a super comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a gorgeous upscale bathroom. However, the noise from outside was quite noticeable, even with earplugs. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town on foot, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were lovely and close to lots of dining options, spacious, and nicely furnished with a balcony. The service was fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel like a VIP. The location was amazing, right at the center but on a quiet street, making it easy to walk to all the sites in central Palermo. The dining experience was awesome, and the style and architecture of the hotel were stunning.
